Get a HANDLE on Neurodevelopmental Differences
The Adult & Child Rehab Center and the HANDLE Institute International, LLC, are proud to present “Get a HANDLE on Neurodevelopmental Differences: an Introduction to a Systems Approach,” a twelve-hour comprehensive course for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, educators, and others working with people who have dysfunctions such as attentional disorders, brain injury, learning disabilities, autism, and behavioral challenges. Participants will learn the root causes of such dysfunctions and will leave with specific activities they can use to help remediate the affected systems. Sindy Wilkinson, instructor for the course, is an outstanding speaker and facilitator with over 27 years of practical experience in education, from early elementary through undergraduate college level instruction.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15, from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., at the Adult & Child Rehab Center, 708 Washington St., Woodstock, IL 60098, (815) 338-1707.
